Joshua Brunsmann, a local East Austin resident and broker, has been brokering land in Austin for nearly a decade now. In that time, he’s seen the city undergo significant transformations. As he reflects on the changes he’s witnessed, he muses, “It’s not the same east Austin when I moved here, but change is inevitable and exciting.”
He’s heavily focused on land brokerage, new home sales, and land development in central Texas, and his expertise spans the boundaries of the Austin area.
In the residential sector, Joshua has watched the market’s hectic pace from all angles. “As the market has changed, our brokerage has had to change as well,” he explains. “We’re focusing on the needs of clients who are active in this market and credible and expanding out of Austin into the suburbs has been exciting with these larger land plays with commercial groups. It’s been exciting to learn a new angle of real estate.”
When he’s not busy brokering deals, Joshua loves to spend time playing baseball and working with youth at the gym. You’ll often find him in a coffee shop reading EASTside Magazine or discussing his passion for real estate. He’s excited to continue making an impact in the Austin community and beyond.
