I live here. I give here.
Helping the city one donation at a time
Words by Alison Bryce
I Live Here I Give Here is hosting their annual day of giving, Amplify Austin, on February 28. These 24 hours will allow Central Texas nonprofits to receive donations in a fun and easy way which will help them continue to give back to the community. While there are hundreds of organizations to choose from, here are just a few of the noteworthy organizations that are located on the Eastside.
Chula League
Chula League’s Little Artist BIG ARTIST mentorship program provides a free 10-week experience where fifth and sixth graders are paired with an artist to celebrate creativity, develop personal and artistic expression, and create art through various mediums. Empowering children and giving them a fundamental boost for developing self-confidence is what Chula League is all about.
