Austin Ice Cream Festival 2017

H-E-B hosted its 11th annual Austin Ice Cream Festival at the Fiesta Gardens this year in August to help ease the pain of the Texas Summer Heat. Offered were frozen treats from H-E-B, Central Market, Amy’s Ice Cream, Dippin’ Dots, Cold Cookie Company, Steel City Pops, and more for kids and adults to enjoy on the hot summer day. Throughout the day there were fun activities along the lake like a rock climbing wall, a dunk tank, and paddle boarding, all accompanied by local musicians performing on the main stage. After all the fun in the sun, everyone enjoyed watching The Sandlot on the lawn to close out the day. Fun was had by all; you don’t want to miss the next one!
