Born On the Baijiu
Ah Sing Den
A play on Creedence Clearwater Revival’s, Born on the Bayou, the cocktail features China’s national spirit, baijiu. Lesser known in the U.S., baijiu is a unique spirit distilled from grain that translates to “white (clear) liquor.” One of the signature cocktails on Ah Sing Den’s menu, Born on the Baijiu is made up of Flor De Caña 4 year rum, baijiu, house kumquat tea, honey, and prosecco.

Red Headed Stranger
The Cavalier
Nods to Willie Nelson can be found everywhere around Austin—in murals, in street signs, and even in drinks. The Cavalier features a little bit of Willie on the menu through their drink, the Red Headed Stranger. The frozen sip combines El Silencio Mezcal with real strawberry puree for a smokey yet sweet flavor, complete with a kick of tang from the added fresh lemonade.
